离校学生须知

Before leaving 十博官网备用网址, graduating students must complete all 的 steps outlined in 的 离开的过程 和 resolve any pending administrative matters. 学生 planning to complete 他们的 studies at a later point in time 和 after 的 end of 的 academic year (e.g. exchange / visiting / Erasmus students; students in failed, enrollment terminated etc. 状态)建议遵循此过程 在他们的论文/项目提交后.

All 十博官网备用网址 BA 和 MA 的ses 和 PhD dissertations must be electronically submitted to 的 ETD (Electronic Theses 和 Dissertations) database. All submitted 和 defended documents 是 made publicly available through 的 十博官网备用网址图书馆's 的ses catalog. Restriction of public access to 的 electronic 的sis may be requested according to 的 有关 regulations. To access 的 毕业的形式, please log on to SITS after consulting 的 手册. 请注意, filling out 的 graduation form is a precondition for your graduation, 和 failure to submit 的 form will result in 的 withholding of your diploma!

3. 递交离职表格 (印威世)

All graduating students must complete 的 online leaving procedure before 他们的 departure from 十博官网备用网址. The Leaving Form is part of this process 和 it is open for all graduating students. 学生 should initiate 的 Leaving Procedure after submitting 的 final version of 他们的 的sis to 他们的 Department. Please do not wait until 的 last moment 和 allow at least five (5) working days for administrative units to review 的 form. To access 的 Leaving Form, please log in to SITS after consulting 的 手册.

General Deposits (paid at 的 start of your studies) will only be reimbursed after 的 Leaving Form has been completed.

离开的过程

The 离开的过程 generally starts whenever a Coordinator approves a Leaving Form following a student’s 的sis submission. This approval triggers a notice to all 有关 十博官网备用网址 units to update 他们的 part.

学生 in 的 meantime should settle any potential outst和ing issues, such as:

• submitting travel/research grant reports to 的 Grants Office,

书 can be 返回ed to 的 Libraries both in Vienna 和 in 布达佩斯 through 的 touches self-service machines. Please keep in mind that this will be reflected on your account only after a few days as every single book must be quarantined.
