We currently offer kitchen remodeling packages that include:

• Removal and disposal of existing cabinets, countertops and flooring
• Installation of new cabinets and countertops
• Installing new tile floor and painted wood baseboards
• Installation of new Kohler stainless steel sink and Moen brushed nickel faucet
• Installation of (2) new electrical circuits and GFCI's
• Installing (6) recessed fluorescent lights with standard trim and (4) under cabinet fluorescent lights
• Installation of new copper plumbing in kitchen walls
• Repair and re-texture of walls as needed
• Painting walls and ceiling - one color, additional colors $100.00 each
• Installing all appliances
• All debris is hauled away to the local dump
• Labor for installing ice maker water line, dishwasher water line, waste disposal unit and drain for sink
• Prices for complete kitchen remodels* start at $24,995 (condos, townhouses); $39,995 (single family homes)
