Timeline
From our experiences we have learned to keep things simple. Here is a timeline of events that typically follow a Remodel start to finish.
- Contact our office to setup a free estimate.
- One of our qualified estimators will arrive in a timely manner and discuss your wants and needs
- A formal estimate and California State approved contract is faxed or emailed to you outlining the project you discussed with one of our estimators as well as a price and potential start date available.
- You contact us at your convenience with any questions or changes you would like to make to the estimate.
- The customer would like to go forward with work and submits a 10% deposit as well as a signed agreement.
- We stage and order all materials to be used on project before work is scheduled. This makes sure your remodel goes ahead without any holdups and work is completed on time.
- Your remodel starts and proceeds with the scheduled timeline set by our Operations Manager.
- You communicate with your office representative throughout the remodel to make sure you’re completely satisfied and any concerns or changes are made.
- Work is completed to your satisfaction.
- A final bill will be emailed with the final payment as per our agreement
